cookie notice
hushri sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use one essential sign-in cookie only when you sign in, save settings you choose in your browser, and load privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics only when you allow them.

storage you choose yourself
When you switch on dark mode, reading mode, or write an entry in the noise diary, hushri saves that choice in your own browser's local storage so it is there next time. This only happens when you take that action, it never identifies you to us, it is never sent to a server, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
the one cookie we do set
If you sign in to the hushri community, we set a single strictly necessary cookie so the site knows it is still you as you move from page to page. It holds a random session reference and nothing else, it is not used for advertising or tracking, and it is removed when you sign out. Under UK PECR rules a cookie that exists only to deliver a service you have asked for does not need consent, but you should still know it is there. If you never sign in, hushri sets no cookies at all.
usage analytics
To see roughly how many people visit hushri and which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and only produces aggregate figures. The analytics script does not load unless you choose to allow it. You can change that choice here at any time:
content from other sites
Our pages link to our YouTube channel. If you follow a link to YouTube, Google may set its own cookies once you are on their site. That is governed by Google's policies, not ours.
managing your choices
Use the analytics toggle above at any time, on each device and browser you use. You can also clear anything stored in your browser through your browser's own settings. If we ever change how we use cookies or storage, we will update this notice first.
