Whichever you choose, the important parts stay simple.Every tier makes you a founding member for good. Supporter, Friend and Champion are monthly; Ambassador is annual. You can stop any time, nothing is added at checkout, and the community stays free whether or not you support hushri.
Before you join
membership terms, in plain English
Who you are contracting with: Nadine Benjamin, trading as hushri, a UK sole trader. Full contact and trading details are in our privacy notice.
Price and billing: Supporter (£3), Friend (£7) and Champion (£15) are billed monthly; Ambassador (£350) is billed annually. The price shown is the total you pay, there is nothing else added.
When it starts: once you register below, we email you a secure link to set up payment. Membership, and the perks currently available for your tier, begin as soon as that payment is set up, at your request, so you do not have to wait out the cancellation period below to start using it.
Cancelling: you can cancel at any time using the contact form. Begin your message with "membership cancellation". Cancelling stops future payments; you keep member access and perks until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Cooling-off refund: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel within 14 days of joining. Because you asked for membership to begin straight away, if you cancel during those 14 days after already using member perks, we will refund your payment minus a fair amount for the value of what you used; if you cancel before using anything, it is a full refund. Outside that 14-day window, payments already taken are not refunded, but you will not be charged again once you cancel.
Community access: the hushri community is free to join for everyone, whether or not you are a member. Support keeps hushri running; it never buys your place in the community.
Complaints: use the contact form first and we will do our best to put things right. You also keep your normal consumer rights.

Tell us a little about you and choose your tier. Payments are handled by a trusted external payment provider, so once you register below, we will send a secure link to set up your membership, and a warm welcome.
Membership is for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher). Submitting this form confirms you are of the age of majority where you live, and that you consent to hushri emailing you a secure link to arrange payment. Please read our membership terms above before you continue, they cover price, billing, cancelling and refunds.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes, always. There is no minimum term on any tier. Use the contact form to stop, and begin your message with "membership cancellation". You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our membership terms for the full detail, including refunds during your first 14 days.
Where does my money go?
Into the work: clear, careful writing, free guides and tools, the calm spaces on this site, and building the members' area. hushri is run lean, so your support goes a long way.
Is membership a donation or a subscription?
It is a recurring membership, monthly for Supporter, Friend and Champion, annually for Ambassador, that supports our mission and unlocks member perks. It is not a charitable donation, and it is not tax deductible.
Do I need to be a member to use hushri?
Not at all. Our content, the reset zone, the calming sounds and our free guides stay free for everyone. Membership simply helps keep it that way.
