who we are
This website, hushri.com, is operated by Nadine Benjamin, trading as hushri (Nadine Benjamin t/a hushri), in the United Kingdom. For any data protection query, contact hi@hushri.com.
information we collect
We do not collect personal information simply as you browse. We only receive information when you choose to send it:
- Contact form and email: your name, email and message.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Register interest (work with us): your name, email and anything you add.
- Membership request: your name, email, an age confirmation, your chosen tier, and anything optional you add, such as a phone number, a name for the gratitude wall, or a message. Payment details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.
Our forms are handled by Web3Forms, a form-processing service that passes your submission to us by email. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare.
how we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details only to reply to you, to send updates you have asked for, to process a membership request and arrange payment, or to contact you about a role you registered interest in. Where we send you updates, our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For replies, membership requests and role enquiries, our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, or taking steps at your request before any membership begins.
how long we keep it
We keep correspondence and sign-ups only as long as needed for the purpose above, and remove them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.
age and who this site is for
hushri is intended for adults. Our content, tools and features are not designed for, or directed at, children. By using this site or submitting any form, you confirm that you are 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The age of majority is 18 in the United Kingdom, and can be older in some places, including parts of the United States.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact hi@hushri.com and we will delete it. Where we share guidance about children, it is written for parents and carers, not for children to use themselves.
cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is privacy-friendly, sets no cookies, and does not identify you. We also use Google Search Console to see how hushri appears in search, which uses aggregate search data and sets no cookies on your device. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Small preferences, such as light or dark mode, are kept in your own browser. See our cookies page for details.

Our pages link to YouTube and may link elsewhere. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, not ours.
your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your information, including to ask what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hi@hushri.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice as hushri grows. When we do, we will change the date above.
